The P.R.D. Custom Letterman Jacket
Celebrate your milestones with a premium letterman jacket built entirely around your story. Our $195 Base Package includes everything you need to kick off a clean, classic design:
Custom Name Embroidery on the right or left chest (up to 12 characters).
Top Back Statement Embroidery to proudly rep your school or team (up to 15 characters).
Your Choice of Graduation Year Patch Style (classic 2-digit or 4-digit layout).
You can keep it minimalist now and easily add custom sports, achievements, and club patches from our catalog as your legacy grows.
💡 Design Flexibility & Production Note: Your jacket design can evolve as you do! While these core features are included in your base package price, you do not have to use all of these options if you prefer. Please note: To keep our package pricing affordable, all included base options must be finalized before your jacket goes into production. Any embroidery or patches requested after design approval will be subject to standard standalone patch pricing and custom alteration fees.
How it Works
1. Get Inspired: Have a general idea of what you want your jacket to look like. If you don't, no worries—we will help you through the process! Pinterest has great inspirational pictures. Review our jacket diagram and look through the Patch Shop. Note: You do not have to add all of your patches at once; doing so will increase the initial purchase cost. If you are a freshman, sophomore, or junior, you have plenty of time to add more later!
2. Submit Your Interest: Fill out the form below with your student's activities, sports, and achievements, and feel free to list any specific Patch IDs you already know you want from our catalog.
3. Design & Try-On: We’ll schedule a time to try on our sample jackets. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for sizing errors on bespoke garments. We highly recommend an in-person try-on to ensure the perfect fit. If you are unable to try our sample jackets in person, no worries, we have included step-by-step instructions on how to get your measurements to figure out the perfect size.
4. Digital Mock-Up: I will create a full digital mock-up (Front, Back, and Sleeves) showing exactly how your custom patches and embroidery will look, complete with an itemized price quote.
5. Approval & Production: Once we perfect the design and you formally sign off on the mock-up, I will send your invoice. Because jackets are bespoke and made to order, your order is locked for production 24 hours after payment. Production takes approximately 4-6 weeks, followed by 4-7 working days for shipping.
