Refund and Return Policy
PRIMARY CORPORATE DIRECTIVE: CUSTOM APPAREL & MANUFACTURING STANDARDS ENTITY: P.R.D. VARSITY CO.

1. POLICY OVERVIEW This document establishes the formal Refund and Cancellation Policy governing all transactions with P.R.D. Varsity Co. As a provider of premium, custom-manufactured apparel, this policy serves as a binding agreement to mitigate manufacturing discrepancies and ensure total alignment between client specifications and final delivery.
2. CUSTOM-MADE AND BESPOKE GARMENT PROVISIONS P.R.D. Varsity Co. products are engineered using industrial-grade materials such as high-density Melton Wool bodies and genuine Cowhide Leather sleeves. Each item is embellished with custom-designed patches and personalization unique to the individual client.
Bespoke Nature: Because each garment is manufactured to unique client specifications, all items produced by P.R.D. Varsity Co. are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. The finished product possesses no resale value and cannot be restocked.
Sizing Verification (Zero-Tolerance Policy): In accordance with our commitment to accuracy, physical sample jackets are made available for in-person "try-ons" prior to order placement. Consequently, P.R.D. Varsity Co. maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding refund requests based on sizing errors for jackets manufactured to the approved size.
3. MANDATORY DIGITAL MOCK-UP & APPROVAL PROCESS To ensure the integrity of the design, P.R.D. Varsity Co. enforces a mandatory digital approval workflow. No order will be invoiced or submitted to the manufacturing vendor until the following requirements are met:
Mock-up Specification: A comprehensive digital mock-up (created from your Interest Form details) will be provided for client review, covering all design variables.
Formal Sign-Off: The customer is required to provide a formal signature or written electronic approval of the final mock-up.
Liability Shift: Upon receipt of client approval, the customer assumes full responsibility for the design. P.R.D. Varsity Co. is not liable for errors in design, color selection, decoration method, or personalization that were accurately represented in the approved mock-up.
4. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMELINES
Production Phase: Approximately 3–4 weeks from the date of vendor submission.
Shipping Phase: 4–7 working days for transit and delivery.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY (THE 24-HOUR RULE) Orders enter the production queue immediately following payment and mock-up approval.
Modification Window: Any request to change or cancel an order must be submitted in writing via the official company contact email within 24 hours of the initial payment or mock-up approval.
Production Lock: After the expiration of the 24-hour window, the order is considered "Locked for Production." No further modifications, cancellations, or refunds will be permitted under any circumstances.
6. RETURNS, MANUFACTURING DEFECTS, & ERROR NOTIFICATION Exceptions to the "No Return" policy are strictly limited to instances of verifiable manufacturing defects or personalization that does not match the approved digital mock-up.
10-Day Notification Window: Customers must notify P.R.D. Varsity Co. of any manufacturing defects within 10 days of the confirmed carrier delivery date. Requests made after this 10-day period will not be considered.
Resolution Protocol: Valid claims involving defective construction or incorrect personalization will result in a replacement of the item.
Explicit Exclusions: "Buyer’s remorse," subjective changes in design preference, or sizing discrepancies do not qualify for replacement or refund.
7. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT By providing payment and mock-up approval, the client certifies that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy. The client further acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review physical samples for sizing purposes prior to this agreement and understands the non-refundable nature of bespoke goods.
