Shipping and Fulfillment Policy

1. Production TimelinesBecause P.R.D. Varsity Co. utilizes a factory-direct supply chain to manufacture bespoke garments, all items are made-to-order. Production enters the queue immediately after your 24-hour cancellation window expires following invoice payment.

• The estimated production phase takes approximately 3–4 weeks from the date of vendor submission.

2. Shipping and Delivery Timelines Once production is complete, jackets are shipped from our manufacturing partner directly to our team for final quality review and delivery coordination.

• The estimated shipping phase takes 4–7 working days for transit and delivery.

3. Global Manufacturing Capacity Please note that these fulfillment schedules are based on standard manufacturing and logistical requirements and remain estimated windows. Timelines are subject to global manufacturing capacity and carrier transit times. P.R.D. Varsity Co. will provide direct updates should unforeseen delays occur at the vendor level.
