Welcome to P.R.D. Varsity Co. P.R.D. Varsity Co. is a registered fictitious firm name (DBA) operating under EPRD Collective LLC 1-3. By using our website, submitting a Custom Jacket Interest Form, or remitting payment via invoice, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Business Operations & Core Purpose P.R.D. Varsity Co. is a boutique manufacturer of bespoke varsity jackets. We work directly with established textile manufacturers to produce custom apparel, specifically utilizing premium melton wool bodies and leather sleeves. We do not maintain overhead or stock inventory, ensuring a lean, factory-direct model.

Ordering Workflow & Mandatory Approval Because all items are made-to-order, we enforce a mandatory digital approval workflow. Orders are initiated by submitting an Interest Form. Following your submission, we will create and provide a comprehensive digital mock-up for your review. No order will be submitted to the manufacturing vendor until this digital mock-up is reviewed and formally signed off by the customer.

Limitation of Liability on Custom Designs Upon receipt of the client's formal digital mock-up approval, the customer assumes full responsibility for the design. P.R.D. Varsity Co. is not liable for errors in design, color selection, decoration method, or personalization that were accurately represented in the approved mock-up.

Payment and Checkout Payment collection and vendor submission occur only after the formal mock-up sign-off is finalized. All online invoice payments are securely processed through Stripe. P.R.D. Varsity Co. does not store your credit card information on our servers.
